The Christian Sports Network (CSN) was born in 1999. It is a joint effort of individual churches to provide the very best Christian sports alternative in Greenville. The founding churches are Buncombe Street UMC, First Baptist Church, Covenant UMC, Aldersgate UMC, First Presbyterian Church, and St. Michaels Lutheran Church. Sports in the church have never belonged to the church, but to God. Our function in sports is to glorify God. To allow each church more possibilities and to keep in focus the glorification of God through sports is the aim of the CSN.
